What Causes My Low Testosterone Symptoms?

I'm 59 years, wasn't having sex very often and I have been experiencing the following low testosterone symptoms.

Lack of the desire for sexual intercourse (diminished libido)

Sensitivity to sexual stimulation

The strength of seminal sperm fluid during climax was not as strong

Penile erectile function stamina and endurance not there (erectile dysfunction/impotence)

My boyfriend of 2 years (he is 56 and i'm 47) rarely wants to make love. I feel like I'm not desirable anymore. He says I'm not the problem, that he just dosn't have the desire to perform. What can I do to boost his sexual desire and performance? I think I've tried everything. Is It impotence, libido, low testosterone or physicological? help, please.
