The study - About Weight Loss And Erectile Dysfunction
The study’s participants were split into two groups and for eight weeks one group was put on a liquid meal replacement diet and the other half were put on a high protein diet. At the end of the two weeks the liquid diet group had lost about 9% of their overall body weight while the high protein group had lost about 5%. Both groups reported improvement in their urological and sexual health. Researchers continued to study the 31 men over the course of a year with both groups being put on the high protein diet. By the end of the year the participants averaged a loss of about 10% of their body weight and all reported continuing improved erectile function and urological health. On average the men had improved from severe erectile dysfunction to mild dysfunction. The Results - Risk Of Erectile Dysfunction In Obese Males
This study has once again reinforced the importance of lifestyle changes when it comes to treating both diabetes and erectile dysfunction. According to Dr. Hunter Wessells form the University of Washington “Even setting diabetes aside, obese men have one and a half times the risk of erectile dysfunction.” With the rising costs of health care in American these days it is encouraging to know that a few lifestyle changes can be more effective than medication when it comes to treating erectile dysfunction. The study’s authors also hope to do further research to see how exercise combined with diet will affect erectile dysfunction and urological health. Both fitness diet and exercise are already recommended as a way to control symptoms of diabetes.Today, a generation of men's impotence research has resulted in significant advances in both the diagnosis and erectile treatment of men's sexual dysfunction.

Nothing beats a good diet and exercise to boost libido!
ReplyDeleteI agree with the previous comments. There are certain pills being sold today to enhance sexual performance. They are indeed effective but they can be more effective if combined with proper diet and exercises. Obesity may lead to metabolic diseases like diabetes mellitus. Diabetes may decrease libido decreasing sexual performance as well.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely correct. It is the exercise that makes these supplements more effective. Aside from the fact that exercise makes you healthy, it also gives you a better looking physique.
ReplyDeleteProper diet, good nutrition, and regular exercise is still the best solution. There may be a lot of pills available in the market, but you have to consult your physician before taking them.
